About Us - Remote Project Management

CK Morris Associates LLC specializes in providing 100% remote project management services for micro duration resourcing.  Our Remote Project Management as a Service (RPMaaS) model gives our clients flexible access to project management expertise to complete a specific work activity or task. RPMaaS services fulfill the gap between the need for a full-time project manager, and a temporary onsite contract (6 -12 months) consultant. 

Sometimes a project just needs a little more project management support to get started, or to keep it on track. RPMaaS are stand-alone services designed to fill in gaps where extra project management support is warranted. Our remote service delivery prevents inefficiencies such as paying for project manager idle time and downtime. 

Remote PMService durations range from three hours (min) to 360 hours (max). Our Remote Project Manager Service Practitioners (RPMSP) use virtual/remote methods to communicate, interact, and facilitate processes during the service order engagement. When engaging with your organization, RPMSPs apply their hands-on and diverse experience and skills to provide quality project management services & deliverables.
