Remote Project Management as a Service
Just like other options, our Remote Project Management Service Practitioners (RPMSP) are assigned to clients based on service requirements & expectations. Service feedback loops allow opportunities to build rapport and ensure services exceed expectations.

Unlike our RPMSPs, full time project managers are hired by an organization to work directly within the organization. Although full time is never permanent, employment is anticipated to last for a longer time period.
Depending on the organizational structure, project managers report into a Project Management Office (PMO) and/or a functional business area.

Onsite Contract Consulting
Unlike our RPMPs, onsite contract consultants are usually hired through a temporary or management consulting agency. Assignments typically range from 6 months - 12 months. The assignment can create a temporary employee relationship between the consultant and organization.
Assignments can be cancelled at anytime (based on Statement of Work), or extended up to full time employment.
When compared to other options Onsite Contract Consulting is:
- Best during times when workload demands & capacity constraints require short term project management staffing augmentation to direct one or more plan driven project or agile iteration.
- Best when the desired project management resource must possess specialized or highly technical skills.
Both work assignment & temp employment relationship end when workload demands decrease.
