CK Morris Associates LLC offers the following services under Remote Consulting Blocks of Time. Please be aware of the requirements listed directly below to enable us to provide the highest level of service.

Service pricing depends upon agreed work effort and duration estimations.
Clearly defined roles and responsibilities between CK Morris and a client are vital for successful remote engagements. In support of clarity, CK Morris' services are categorized into two levels. Details are provided below. Levels for an engagement are determined during pre-engagement conversations:
1. Level A [Execution] - Responsible for creating a project management deliverable.
2. Level B [Monitoring]- Responsible for supervising /managing activities and tasks to create a deliverable.

The Service Includes

A Remote Project Management Service Practitioner (RPMSP) assigned for a predetermined number of level of effort hours. PMService minimum is three hours. The maximum 360 hours.

About Our Remote Project Management Service Practitioners

Remote Project Management Service Practitioners (RPMSP) are assigned to service orders based on the appropriate level of experience and knowledge required for high quality deliverables.

A RPMSP at a minimum will have:

Three years experience planning and managing business, strategy and/or technology projects for organizations of various sizes and industries. Years of experience increase depending on the remote PMService’s scope and difficulty.
A well rounded, big picture view and understanding of business and technology inter dependencies.
Working knowledge of business analysis and process design concepts.
Bachelor’s degree (business, computer technology, project management, etc) or additional applicable years of hands-on risk assessment experience.
Professional certification in one or more project management framework or methodology (PMP, CAPM, Lean, Comptia, ITIL, etc)
Skilled at using remote technology to provide dependable support, and high quality deliverables.
